One of the most common reasons I hear for not going to yoga is ‘I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible’. So let’s debunk that right off - being flexible is not a requirement for doing yoga, it is a benefit of doing yoga!
(more…)Well no, not my yoga studio but one being used by my friend and fellow Dru Yoga teacher Sylvie More. Now she is teaching in the Himalayas, and her yoga ‘studio’ is a patch of grass outside, but it was still rather unexpected!
