Perfectly suited for the workplace and team building sessions, Dru Yoga is friendly, accessible and fun. On top of that my sessions are also packed full of benefits such as releasing stress, improving concentration and reducing back pain.

Tailored to you

Classes can fit into a lunch hour, or as part of an away day. They can be tailored for your group and are always suitable for beginners and a variety of fitness levels.

Themed sessions

Themes could include learning simple mindfulness techniques for the workplace; coping with stress and anxiety; goal setting; reducing back pain; wellness at work; relaxation techniques or a simple introduction to yoga.

At your workplace

I come to you so your staff don't have to travel, making it as easy as possible for them to participate, and easily slide straight back into the office afterwards.

Climate Conscious Travel

Wherever possible I use public transport or bike to come to your workplace. I can also provide yoga equipment if requested.
I am based in Bingley and can offer workplace sessions around Leeds, Bradford and Skipton.

Expert teacher

I have extensive experience teaching in a variety of workplace settings. I can tailor the class to a specific theme or deliver one of my tried and tested workshops.
