Yoga and beer! It’s coming to Leeds on Sunday 5 March…
A special event hosted by Lucyoga and Northern Monk Brew Co. bringing together two things perfect for a Sunday; yoga and beer!
Take part in a session of upbeat, slow yoga designed to relax you, enhance your taste-buds and build up a thirst. This style of ‘no stress’ yoga is suited to all body types, including the inflexible and the unwilling! Complete beginners are very welcome.
BOOK NOW: Sunday 5 March 11am – 1pm
The yoga will be paired with a soundtrack of beer-related songs to keep your spirits up as you stretch. It will conclude with a Beer Meditation, facilitated by the arrival of the Northern Monks and one of their specially selected beers.
Once you are all flexed out and relaxed the Monks will guide you through a tasting of their three top beers, so you’ll leave refreshed after your detox!
All this will take place in the upstairs room of the Northern Monk Refectory, for just £20 including beer. The perfect Sunday chill-out.
