It’s never the wrong time to make time for yoga
Making time. Wouldn’t that be good, if we could make time? We could fit in all the things we want to do in a week!
When your life gets busy what’s the first ‘good for you’ thing to go? Do you start eating your lunch at your desk? Do you miss your visits to the gym? Does your yoga practice slip to the bottom of the to-do list?
It’s so easy to pause the ‘good for us’ things when life gets hectic. It’s much more tempting, to head home, open the wine and turn on the TV after a stressful day at work.
And it feels great at the time, but in the long run the ‘good for us’ treats like getting to the gym, cooking from scratch or going to yoga do a lot more for us (and the wine might even taste better after a good stretch!).
If you started the year with great intentions and find now, that two months in, you are slipping, don’t beat yourself up for it. Don’t berate yourself for not meeting your resolutions, just do something about it!
It’s never a bad time to go to yoga. Whether you got to a few classes at the start of the year and haven’t been back, or if you never got there at all, now is an ideal time to do something ‘good for you’.
There is plenty of space for new drop-ins, returning students and block bookings at all my classes.
