Workshops and Events
My yoga workshops and events are an opportunity to explore how yoga can help with a variety of real life challenges and to have some unique experiences.
Recent workshops have included Yoga for Change: Coping with Political and Social Change, Yoga for Better Sleep, Relaxation Workshops, Yoga to Help You Move Forward, Yoga for Self-Care and Finding Your Inner Spark.
Throughout the year I also run special events for adults, kids and families like Outdoor Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids Of All Ages, A Walk and Yoga in T’Woods, Ales and Asana: Yoga and Beer Tasting and my Yorkshire Retreat Days.
In this workshop, I will be looking at both functional/physical fitness and movement to help you feel better and be more productive, as well as mental health and emotional balance to cope with the stresses of family life.
