Retreats in Yorkshire and Spain
A retreat is an incredible opportunity to fill up your cup. Whether you are embroiled in work, family life or saving the world (no joke there, we all need to be!) a retreat is an opportunity to make sure you take some time to pause and re-boot.
We are not designed to just keep going relentlessly, juggling all the things in our lives vying for energy and attention. Taking time to look after yourself is not self-indulgence, it’s self-preservation.
Looking for a Spanish yoga retreat?
I am part of the teaching team for the fantastic Lucia Yoga. Their Andalucian retreats are a dreamy combination of tranquility and activity. Their dedicated yoga venue deep in the mountains of Spain is surrounded by lush green forests, golden eagles and ancient Dolmen.
They provide a varied yoga programme, guided hikes and day trips and five (yes five!) outdoor salt water swimming pools!!
My fourth year at Lucia Yoga's Nature Reserve Centre is set to be very special. The retreat concludes on the Summer Solstice and we will be honouring this auspicious time of year throughout the week, ending with a sunrise celebration. I am also very excited to be working again with Dru Yoga teachers Lindsey Magill and Annie Raynor; the dream team!
Don't miss the Very Early Bird and Bring-A-Friend offers. A €200 deposit secures your place with the balance payable on arrival.
Looking for a UK retreat?
I run day retreats in the stunning countryside of West Yorkshire, on the doorstep of Haworth, home to the Brontë sisters.
These one-day pockets of wonder are a chance to step out of your daily life and breathe. With energising and deeply relaxing yoga, bountiful tea and biscuits, vegetarian and vegan food, moorland walks and stunning views, you can hit the reset button.
Accommodation is not included but can be arranged if you wish to travel to join us at these retreats.
This retreat day will equip you with soulful and empowering yoga to enrich your body and mind. We will be taking it slow with Dru Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a gentle mindfulness walk. Featuring guest teacher Annie Raynor.
