Yoga at Work classes can fit into a lunch hour, or as part of an away day. It can be tailored for your group, so you don’t even have to get sweaty. It is always suitable for beginners and a variety of fitness levels.

This means you can have all the benefits of yoga whilst easily being able slip back into your suit and straight into the office afterwards.

Experienced yoga teachers

Lucy has experience teaching in a variety of workplace settings including at Northern Trust bank in Canary Wharf, The Royal British Legion, Airedale Hospital and Whitechapel Art Gallery.

Away Day sessions have included learning ways to relax at work, how to release stress and anxiety and goal setting.
