This gorgeous traditional farmhouse sits in stunning countryside, with just sheep and hills for neighbours, but is still easily accessible by train (under 3 hours from London).
For those of you that like to eat well we have a feast for the tummy too. Local vegan cafe The Willow Tree are coming to work their magic with a vegan and gluten free menu that will knock your socks off.

A healthy home from home
The Healthy Home is built around an old Crofter’s cottage that is over 350 years old. This, and the farm buildings, have been carefully renovated to minimise the impact of modern living, using non-chemical materials and cleaning products, filtering natural spring water and ionising air in the rooms so that The Healthy Home promotes wellness by being low in toxins and allergens. During our weekend at The Healthy Home we’ll be indulging in plenty of Dru Yoga, with a spot of evening meditation too. Sit back and enjoy home cooked vegan and gluten free food. After take some time to chill out in one of the many indoor social spaces or the extensive private gardens.
We will also take you out on a nice long walk with a picnic and some outdoor yoga, in the stunning Yorkshire countryside. A great way to blow the cobwebs and stress away.
Often people worry about going hungry on a yoga retreat. Fear not! In fact at every retreat I’ve run the guests have commented on how well fed they’ve been. And this will be no exception as we have the amazing Willow Tree Cafe coming to whip up a vegan and gluten free storm in the kitchen. They’ll even be providing us with a deluxe picnic for our walk, a curry night and cake for Saturday night indulgence.

There’ll be some free time to rest, read or go further afield. The house is close to the beautiful market town of Skipton if you want to go and get some real Yorkshire fish and chips, or maybe try a pint of the local real ale! Or perhaps you’d like to take another hike out in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which is just down the road?
