This video guides you through the simple step-by-step process of aligning the feet, the hips and the spine into a comfortable posture for standing. By putting the body in this optimum position you can help to take tension out of the knees, hips and back, relieving pain and strain. As an added bonus it also makes you taller, so you look slimmer and more toned!
