What is a Lucyoga class like?

Friendly yoga classes

If you like a friendly yoga class, where you get to chat to the teacher and other students. Or just quietly work on your own mat without being crowded out, then my classes will suit you. I like to know the names of all my students and I plan the classes to meet the needs of the group.

Yoga venues with a difference

I often use unconventional and friendly venues – like the local art gallery, pub social club or community hall – and have equipment I can lend you so you don’t have to worry about having a full yoga kit bag to start with.

I can work with you if you have a specific need – be that a health issue, a part of the body you want to work on or a mental block. And I know how hard it is to go to a yoga class for the first time. So I won’t judge you if you look at me blankly because you’ve never heard of a Downward Dog. Or if you get your left and rights mixed up (I do that all the time!).

Fun at Yoga

I actively encourage fun in my classes. We are all using our precious time to be there, so let’s enjoy it and know that when we leave we are better people for it.

I reward loyalty rather than offering your first class free. I know that the yoga I teach will help you best if you commit to coming to classes regularly. So I try to make that as affordable as possible for you through my discounted class packs.
