Do you find that sometimes it’s hard to keep yourself on track? To remember what it is that you promised yourself at the start of the year? To recall those pledges you made to ‘not do that again’?
When you get a moment of clarity, that something isn’t really doing you a lot of good, and actually you’d be much better not doing that, or seeing that person anymore, or taking that sh*t from someone, it’s brilliant. But then time marches on and we get swayed by circumstances, our desire to please, peer pressure, our own forgetfulness, or perhaps just hopefulness that this time it will be different.
With that in mind I am going to be running two distinctly different yoga sessions at the start of July in south London. A class and a workshop. Read on for full details and booking.
Sunday Relaxation Workshop

Continuing with the theme of looking out for yourself, this special Sunday session will be focused on ‘me-time’, for YOU. An opportunity to move, stretch and deeply relax before the start of the working week, ensuring that you are putting yourself first, and you feel just brilliant (because then you will be the best you can be for everyone else too).
I’ll be running this with the beautiful assistance of Dru Yoga student teacher and Reiki therapist Danielle Galway.
All equipment will be provided and the centre has full changing and showering facilities should you want them. It’s very nice and easy to get to.
Peckham Evening Class

This class will be about proper selfishness. Once described to me as the ‘put your own oxygen mask on before attending to any infants’ theory. Basically you can’t help save someone else’s life if you can’t breathe. So you have to make sure you are OK in order to help others.
This session will work on helping you find your inner confidence and seek clarity as to what is good for YOU, what makes you feel the best you can.
Bring a yoga mat to this class, if you can, as mats are limited at this venue.
