Lucy’s classes are suitable for all abilities and the therapeutic nature of Dru Yoga means that they are also good for those who might otherwise feel unable to attend yoga classes. They are ideal for beginners and no prior knowledge or experience of yoga is required.
Dru Yoga classes are centred around the practice of Energy Block Release sequences, traditional yoga postures and sequences, along with lively activations and deep relaxation.
